What are used products?

Used products are items that have been previously owned and used by customers. These products do not undergo a refurbishment process or quality inspection before resale, and they are sold as-is, typically at lower prices. Used products do not come with warranties or guarantees and may show signs of wear.

How to Register on Tech Guru Store?

To register on Tech Guru Store, click on the "Sign In/Sign Up" tab located at the top right side of the search and cart icon. Fill in the required details to create a new account.

Guest User: You can also place your order as a guest user. Simply log in, add the product to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Forgot Password or Change Your Password?
  • Click on the "Sign In/Sign Up" tab located at the top right side of the search and cart icon.
  • Below the login button, click on the "Forgot your password?" option and enter your registered email ID.
  • An email will be sent to the registered email ID with a link to reset your password.
  • Click the link to be redirected to the "Reset Your Password" page.
  • Enter your "New Password" and "Confirm Password".

  • Can I Change the Registered Email ID and How?

    Yes, you can change your registered email ID at any time by following these steps:

    1. Log in with your current email ID and password.
    2. Navigate to your account settings.
    3. Update your email address for future communications.
    4. All future communications will be sent to the new or updated email ID.
    How to change my Communication Address in Account detail?

    Registered users can "Log In" and can change their Communication Address. Users can also update their latest Communication Address at the time of purchase.

    Delivery

    What is the cost of delivery?

    We deliver to your home or office anywhere within India. Products are dispatched from our nearest warehouse and are usually shipped within the same day if the order is placed before 4 PM, or within 24 hours otherwise. As a registered customer, you can track your shipment status directly in your account. Additionally, you will receive an SMS with all the shipment details.

    Delivery costs are determined based on the item's weight, location distance, and your chosen shipping mode (Road or Air) anywhere in India.

    Do I have to be home to receive my items?

    All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

    If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person - or if you have not received them within a reasonable period - please contact us on our Customer Care Number.

    Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

    You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

    What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?

    If you believe there is damage to the products you've ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer care team immediately.
