- Customer requests an alternate product: Free replacement within 5 days for unopened products only. Any difference in product price will either be refunded to you or collected from you before shipping the alternate product.

- Our customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, and warranty terms before approving a refund or exchange.
- Ensure you obtain the return address from Tech Guru IT Solutions' customer care.
- Pack the product properly, label it with the order number, return address, and your address, and follow the packaging and shipping instructions provided by customer care. Share the courier's tracking number with our team.
- A refund will be considered only if the product is received in undamaged condition (e.g., no scratches, dents, etc.).
